For our EDSO 3200-01 (Education Socials Course), we were asked to plan a field trip and present it in a video format; it was our place based assignment. I planned the field trip to Hat Creek Ranch because the Bonaparte nation has created a Secwepemc interpretive village at Hat Creek Ranch to showcase Secwepemc culture. They have site interpreters at the Ranch and Secwepemc village. I believe this site is an excellent example of reconciliation in action.
